Evermore Capital is the parent company which is solely focused on deal sourcing, capital stack financing, acquisitions, and dispositions. Evermore Capital works directly with its affiliates to maximize shareholder value.
EVERMORE MANAGEMENT
Evermore Management is the construction/property management side of the business. We rehab, maintain, and manage all of our properties in-house, in unison with our partnered sub-contractors. All service is at market prices to ensure that the parent company is at the forefront.
